Returns & Claims
Customers have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to submit a claim for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or refund:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain products, including opened professional-use items, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
