Our Story

Proeventexas was founded in 2019 in the garage of our home, as a family-driven project built on a clear vision: to create a professional beauty distribution company with long-term growth in mind.

During the challenges of the 2020 pandemic, Proeventexas strengthened its foundation by transitioning into online sales, responding to market restrictions with adaptability, resilience, and determination. What began as a necessity quickly became a strategic advantage, allowing us to reach professionals beyond traditional channels.

As demand increased, we moved operations into a 1,076 sq. ft. storage facility, marking a key step in our operational growth. In May 2023, Proeventexas reached a major milestone with the opening of our 1,000 sq. ft. warehouse and showroom—now serving as both a distribution center and a professional retail space for product display, education, and direct sales.

We started with a single brand, Salon In Professional, and steadily expanded our portfolio to include Firenze Professional and additional professional lines. Today, Proeventexas proudly distributes more than six professional beauty brands, with continued expansion underway.

Proeventexas is, at its core, a family-owned business. Alongside the leadership of Yamilet, our daughter Victoria actively supports warehouse operations and daily logistics, reinforcing our commitment to teamwork, responsibility, and shared purpose.

Our journey has not been without challenges. Building a business in a highly competitive U.S. market—especially as immigrants—required resilience, discipline, and unwavering commitment. Through strategic vision, strong leadership, and family support, Proeventexas has grown into a trusted partner for beauty professionals seeking quality products, reliable distribution, and long-term collaboration.
